A description of your experience with dogs and how you see your dog fitting into the lifestyle of you and your family. We're also interested in what you think is important to dog ownership. The more details we know about you, your family, your lifestyle and the environment a puppy will be going to the better for all parties. This is very important. 

There is also space to include your preferences in terms of  sex and colour of a puppy(and any flexibility you may have in this), and a contact phone number.
